by the way there’s been a whole lot of comments piling up in “moderation” which appear to be from names which might be clever aliases for actual people or might be spam

but the moderation queue isn’t working properly, so I can’t read them or restore them

so it goes with words, i suppose

  2. David Moles Says:

    I blame Andy Remic.

  3. Carrie Says:

So, what “deeds” are you referring, to, anyway? You’ve been sitting on your ass reading books you got from the free pile at Tor, haven’t you?

  4. felix Says:

i have been avidly reading twitter in solidarity with the iranian protestors

i think that’s pretty god damn heroic of me, actually

  5. felix Says:

i wondered for a while whether I should turn the blog green in solidarity, or whether that would be just too precious

then i thought damn the torpedoes! NOTHING is too precious for the cause

then i couldn’t work out how to do it anyway

that’s at least 50% of a Deed right there, what more do you want from me

  6. Carrie Says:

Your good intentions have been duly noted.

    THIS WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

You remember how you previously posted to all those Way of the Master videos where the banana, with its “pop-top” opening, is shown as proof of intelligent design? Well, we humans apparently have been doing it all wrong.

Here, learn how to open a banana like a monkey. Better than the pop-top method. Please draw your own conclusions about how this impacts evolutionary theory.
